Attorney Tuğba Ceren Bilmez Barucija was born in Gaziantep and completed her undergraduate education at Uludağ University Faculty of Law.
As the head of the public law department at Bilmez Law & Consultancy, Bilmez focuses her work on Tax Law, Procurement Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, and Immigration Law. She has served as a senior attorney in the legal departments of private hospitals and universities, representing numerous malpractice cases. Most recently, she worked as a legal advisor for a company operating in the food sector before establishing her own law office.
