Attorney Işılay Zeynep Işık Bilmez was born in Ankara and is originally from Gümüşhane. She completed her undergraduate education at Ufuk University Faculty of Law.
As the head of the private law department at Bilmez Law & Consultancy, Bilmez specializes in Compensation Law. She handles cases and legal proceedings in various areas of private law, including divorce cases, inheritance disputes, lawsuits arising from traffic accidents, and malpractice cases, both in courts and before the Insurance Arbitration Commission.
